6/1 @ 1:12AM – Couch St – VPD witnessed a vehicle driving with a person holding a rifle out of the window. A black mercedes was ahead of the vehicle and took off. THe police concentrated on the onE with the rifle and recovered that rifle and a handgun from that vehicle.
