2:27PM – Plaza Dr – 10 people called 911 to let them know two men in a black mercedes are breaking in to cars in the parking lot. VPD was able to get the plate which belonged to another car and found its location through flock security cameras. They caught up to it near subway on REdwood and a chase started but quickly ended due to the mercedes traveling at a high speed.
