Between 4am and 5am – Lemon and Sonoma – Youngsters were sliding their stolen cars around the intersection, set a car on fire and more last night. We heard VPD call in several plates and all veHICLES came back stolen. Two vehicles were towed away due to being stolen and a few people were arrested and cited out.
