1:45PM – 13XX ALabama – A call went in to 911 of a shooting and a moment later a man with a handgun ran past the police department and jumped through some bushes and kept going. It was said over the air that he shot a woman in a car and pushed her out. We heard hiss name is hector Placencia. There was yellow tape up but we are not sure of the womans condition. If a we get a press release we will post it.
