5:15PM – Hercules / Pinole, CHP and VPD were chasing after a BmW from the east bay to North VALLEJO. The driver was wanted for assault with a deadly weapon. He drove all of the way to Rancho Vallejo and ran in the front door of a house on Spencer. Police surrounded the house and started to call out the occupants. They then searched the house for weapons. We are not sure of what the weapon was. The police found a stolen vehicle in the backyard area of the residence that was stolen in Oakland. We do not know if anyone was arrested. At the end of the call they stated there was no assault with deadly weapon. So we do not know why this took place.
