11:00PM – Fairgrounds – There was a sideshow with numerous cars and spectators in North Vallejo. CHP air pointed out vehicles to VPD that were active in the sideshow and THEIR cars were towed. They did make a few arrests as well. They then moved to Rollingwood and Georgia st. This was broken up after a shooting occured nearby and they moved to tennessee st. Within 15 minutes VPD annouced sideshows all over the city. around 12:45AM they towed another car that was active in a sideshow. to be continued.
