Around 4:40PM a man seems to be on one and is acting up and will not leave the area of the Cal Maritime Police Department. He is currently beating up one of their patrol cars with a pole.  Cal Maritime Police is patiently waiting for VPD to arrive to assisit.   When VPD arrived he had a bat and a knife in his hands. He was initially uncooperative and stabbed himself but VPD tased  him and took him into custody.
