Around 12:30am police chased  a vehicle that was running red lights with their headlights off.  they chased them around town and attempted to spike strip them at georgia st.  They failed and continued with the help of CHP air. They chased the vehicle to a dead end where the suspect footbailed on to amador near capitol st. CHP air helped the officers locate him in a nearby backyard where they arrested him. And then chased his friend around Virginia st backyards where he was arrested as well.  This guy took them on a good foot chase.
