Helll Vallejo I just wanted to update you to what is going on since I have stopped updating again my health has gone back to bad and my extreme anxiety and now panic attacks are daily again   And I made a small medication mistake which cost me big and also found out during that time that my fiancé has breast cancer and has a undergo surgery and treatment and I am still having daily panic attacks and cannot work and cannot be there for her like I need to be until I get my medication correct which could be hard with the doctors
