6/2 @ 2:45PM - Couch st - A man was seen in the area with a pistol.  Police watched him run down the tracks but did not chase because they state no crime was commited.   They learned otherwise and ended up taking him into custody a few minutes later. The vehicle he was associated with might have been stolen as they ran the VIN.   Then we heard that there was a victim associated.  Sounds like a possible car jacking.
