Probably around 3:00 a.m. last night the Vallejo Police department responded to a burglary call on springs road and when they arrived people were getting inside of vehicle and taking off. VPD chased them around town and tried to pit maneuver them up to five times unsuccessfully but they did successfully Spike strip them and the car kept going on 3 wheels at 50 mph for several miles and then allowed CHP to take over when they got on the freeway and the car was stopped and the driver and passengers detained
