6:38AM - GTA & Police Chase
4 chargers took off down Tennessee st away from PD. An owner of one of them stated their car was stolen and are following it. All of the chargers stayed together and kept running from the police through town. One or two of the chargers crashed at Whitney and Mini dr. The other two took off and VPD lost them while trying to get after the ones who crashed. The occupants ran in to the neighborhood on Whitney. The car that crashed was the one just stolen 
VPD found the cars correct plates in the trunk. Possibly all of the cars were stolen. Sounds like the chargers hit 2 cars during their escape
